By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue your use of our website and services immediately.
In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Quick Medical Certificate and the legal entity operating the platform.

2. Our Services
Understanding how Quick Medical Certificate operates and our role as a technology facilitator:
Digital Platform Facilitation
Quick Medical Certificate connects users with independent qualified healthcare practitioners (“Partner Doctors”) for consultations, assessments, and medical certificates.
Independent Clinical Assessment
All clinical decisions—diagnoses, recommended rest periods, and whether a certificate is justified—are made independently by the consulting doctor based on their medical judgement.
No Automatic or Guaranteed Issuance
Medical certificates are not automatically generated or guaranteed. They are issued solely when the evaluating doctor deems them medically appropriate.
Priority Service (~30 Mins)
Where all required documents are provided, payment is confirmed, and the patient promptly attends the consultation, eligible priority requests aim to process within approximately 30 minutes during service hours.
Authentic Clinical Documentation
Certificates may feature handwritten entries, printed details, electronic signatures, doctor stamps, and registration seals according to applicable medical standards.
Third-Party Acceptance
Acceptance of medical certificates depends entirely on the specific policies and requirements of the recipient organization (employers, colleges, airlines, RTOs, etc.).
Platform Facilitation Role: Quick Medical Certificate operates a digital platform that facilitates access to independent healthcare professionals (“Partner Doctors”) for medical consultations, assessments, and related medical documentation.
We facilitate the process of connecting users with Partner Doctors but do not independently diagnose medical conditions, provide medical advice, or issue medical certificates. Medical decisions, including whether a certificate should be issued, the clinical diagnosis, and the recommended duration of rest or recovery, are made independently by the treating or consulting doctor based on their professional assessment.
No Guarantee of Issuance: Medical certificates are not guaranteed and may be issued only where the doctor considers them medically appropriate.
Minors: For minors, the required consent or authorization of a parent or legal guardian must be obtained in accordance with applicable law before the relevant service is provided.
Third-Party Acceptance: We do not guarantee that an employer, educational institution, government authority, airline, insurer, or any other third party will accept a medical certificate. Acceptance depends on the requirements and policies of the relevant organization or authority.
Priority Services: Where the required information and documents have been submitted, payment has been confirmed, and the user promptly attends the required consultation, we aim to process eligible priority requests within approximately 30 minutes during applicable service hours. Actual processing times may vary depending on the doctor's availability, the complexity of the case, the completeness of the information, and any additional assessment required.
Document Formats: Medical documents may contain handwritten entries, digitally printed details, electronic signatures, stamps, or seals, as determined by the issuing doctor and subject to applicable requirements.
3. User Obligations
When accessing our digital platform and interacting with Partner Doctors, you agree to comply with the following responsibilities:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting a request or participating in a consultation.
Submit genuine medical reports, prescriptions, identification documents, and other supporting information where required.
Answer the Partner Doctor's questions honestly and disclose all relevant medical history and symptoms.
Seek clarification if you do not understand any question, instruction, or recommendation provided by the doctor.
Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Ensure that you are authorized to submit information on behalf of another individual (such as a minor or relative), where applicable.
Avoid submitting forged, misleading, altered, or fraudulent documents or information under any circumstances.
4. Consent and Updates to These Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain the necessary consent or authorization for the collection and processing of personal and medical information.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational practices, or applicable legal requirements. The revised Terms will be published on our website, along with an updated revision date where appropriate.
Your continued use of the platform after revised Terms take effect will be subject to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Clear parameters regarding platform operation, clinical autonomy, and liability allocation:
Disclaimer of Warranties
We aim to maintain a reliable and accessible platform but do not guarantee that our website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Our role is to facilitate access to independent Partner Doctors and related services. Medical assessments, advice, diagnoses, and decisions regarding the issuance or non-issuance of medical certificates remain the sole professional responsibility of the relevant doctor, subject to applicable professional and legal obligations.
We do not guarantee that a medical certificate will be issued, that a particular medical outcome will be achieved, or that a certificate will be accepted by an employer, educational institution, government authority, airline, insurer, or any other third party.
No Post-Issuance Alterations: A medical certificate must not be altered after issuance. Any correction or amendment must be made by the issuing doctor or another appropriately authorized professional, where permitted by applicable law.
Purpose & Scope Limitation: A certificate is applicable only for the period and purpose specified in the document, subject to the issuing doctor's assessment and the requirements of the relevant recipient.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any duty or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quick Medical Certificate is not responsible for decisions made by third parties regarding the acceptance, rejection, or use of a medical certificate, where those decisions are outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, communication disruptions, third-party service interruptions, or the unavailability of a Partner Doctor.
Nothing in these Terms makes us responsible for independent medical decisions made by Partner Doctors solely because we facilitate access to them. Each doctor remains responsible for their own professional decisions and obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, liabilities, or expenses arising directly from your fraud, intentional misconduct, unlawful use of the platform, or material breach of these Terms, including the unauthorized submission of third-party information or infringement of third-party rights.
Indemnity Exception: This indemnity does not apply to the extent that a claim arises from our own negligence, unlawful conduct, breach of applicable law, or other circumstances for which liability cannot legally be excluded or transferred.
